About Dirmali (Di) Botejue LEED AP BD&C, Principal
Di has 30 years of impressive experience in architectural planning, design and project management. Her vast knowledge of the industry, blending seamlessly with sustainable building design has set benchmarks for the industry while winning recognition from her peers.
Most recently, Di completed a project that has become one of the first LEED-certified parking structures of its kind in the nation. Additionally, she is a speaker and educator on issues of environmental sensitivity within the parking and architectural worlds and has spoken at national and international conferences.
Di enjoys educating clients on their investment profitability and manages projects to ensure their cost effectiveness and timely completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

About Marc Nakagawa RA, Principal
Marc has been a licensed architect for over 30 years and has accumulated an impressively varied background in all facets of architecture. He started as a junior designer for firms specializing in office and industrial buildings. Later he moved onto architectural firms specializing in public works projects, such as libraries, fire stations, water districts and schools as a project manager. For the past five years, he has worked for parking structure firms, continuing his passion for project management. He enjoys being the force that makes the client’s vision come to fruition, taking a project from the entitlement phase all the way through construction administration, all while still providing profit and quality.
